Personal Trainer

I am a dedicated personal trainer and stretch therapist with a strong passion for fitness and health. I hold a Master’s in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, along with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the
University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, I am certified as a personal trainer through NASM and hold a CPR/AED certification. I have gained valuable experience across various fields, including cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, personal training, and stretch therapy. As a personal trainer and stretch therapist, I am committed to continuous growth while empowering others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I am deeply motivated to make a positive impact in the lives of those I work with. Outside of work, I enjoy playing spikeball and competing in tournaments, as well as weightlifting. I also love exploring new cuisines and cherish spending quality time with friends and family

Sanjana Subramhanya

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Sanjana! I’m a newly NASM-certified personal trainer with a professional background in public health. I’m passionate about helping people improve their strength and wellness, in a way that’s fun and approachable.

In my day job, I work to prevent negative health outcomes for patients and make health education more accessible. I believe in applying the same strategies to fitness – by building sustainable habits for strength and mobility to reduce the risk of injury and chronic conditions and making exercising goals and knowledge feel attainable for all audiences. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I’m excited to work with you!

In my free time, I love hiking, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
