For many of our members a big part of the BodyScapes experience is about community, working out together, pushing each other, or simply getting to know your Kendall Square neighbors. Our Group Exercise Program is a great way to get fit and connect, and the classes are always free. The following is a representative list of options, ranging from the classics to the newest stuff.
