I have been working out with personal trainers for close to 20 years. By far, the best experience I have had has been with the trainers at BodyScapes Fitness in Southborough. The routines are challenging and fun. I have noticed great improvement both in my physical and mental well being. Jessica Poplawski who I train with is the best!! You are guaranteed to get a tough and varied workout every time. She incorporates a variety of exercises using the slide board, boxing, cycling and yoga stretching just to name a few. The best thing is that no two workouts are ever the same. Jessica keeps me motivated and is getting me to achieve my goals.

Before Bodyscapes, we exercised very little. My wife gave me six sessions for my birthday, and when she saw the results and how much I enjoyed it, she signed up too. After six months, we have more stamina and are firmer, stronger, and more flexible.

Working out with a personal trainer like Mitch Shechman is so much better than a gym. We get a customized strength and aerobic workout with variety to keep it interesting, feedback on our form, discipline to work hard, and motivation to keep making progress.

I just wanted to write a short note to let you know how much I am enjoying working out with Shawn Regan. I have been coming to BodyScapes for about 16 months now, and because of Shawn’s never ending encouragement and support, I am probably in the best physical shape of my life.
