Each of our BodyScapes Fitness facilities offers a dynamic group exercise class schedule. The goal of our group exercise program is to give our members the opportunity to explore new ways of exercising in the comfort of the gym. We are constantly infusing our class schedule with the newest workouts. We’re currently offering everything from Zumba to yoga, Pilates, and indoor cycling. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create a fun, easy-to- follow, calorie-burning dance routine. Great for all levels.
Endurance and interval ride with lots of encouragement. Work at your own level.
Strength-training class using medicine balls, resistance bands, stability balls, etc. Beginners through advanced.
Focus on breathing, body awareness, and core strength (understanding of Pilates basics required).
An athletic flowing yoga using breathing to lengthen your pose. Power yoga is a combination of dynamic breathing and strong movement that creates a high energy workout. This workout utilizes a sequence of postures that build strength, unwind tight joints, and loosen muscles. Power yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom. This class is recommended for intermediate and advanced members.
A yoga class that combines postures to improve both muscular strength and improve flexibility. Classes focus on correct breathing techniques to calm the body and mind. Class concludes with deep relaxation. All fitness levels welcome.
This high-intensity class fuses the disciplines of core-conditioning and stretching to produce long, lean muscles and a strong, flexible body. Challenge your body to work from the inside out through repetitive movements in small muscle groups, with particular focus on legs, bottom, core, and arms. This class is open to all levels.
