Zumba

A fitness class inspired by Latin Dance. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Dance the night away, while burning calorie. This class is great for all levels. 60 minutes

Indoor Cycling

60-minute endurance and interval ride, all are encouraged to push themselves but work at their own level. 60 minutes

YO–Cycle

Class begins with classical yoga sun salutations to warm the body and prepare the mind, continues with a 30 minute journey on the bike and then concludes with yoga postures to stretch muscles used specifically on the ride followed by deep relaxation also known as the corpse pose. Great class for all fitness levels. 75 minutes

Hour of Power

A strength-training class incorporating lots of fun toys like medicine balls, resistance bands, and stability balls and more! Beginners through Advanced are welcome. 60 minutes

Muscles Express/ Muscle Conditioning

Work up a sweat by conditioning those muscles in a 30-minute class that focuses on building muscle strength and endurance! A different body part will be done each day. Great class for all fitness levels. 30 minutes

Mat Pilates

Exercise performed on mats and props sometimes used, focus on breathing, body-awareness, and core strength. This class is for those who understand Pilates basics. 60 minute

Power yoga

An athletic flowing yoga, in which you use your breathe to lengthen your pose. It is a combination of dynamic breathing and strong movement which creates a high energy workout. Power yoga is a sequence of postures that build strength, unwind tight joints, and loosen muscles. Power yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom. This class is not recommended for beginners to exercise. 60 minutes

Hatha Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

A yoga class that combines postures to improve muscular strength with postures to improve flexibility. Class focuses on correct breathing techniques to calm the body and the mind. Class concludes with deep relaxation. All fitness levels welcome. 60 minutes

Yoga/Pilates Combo

This class is great for all fitness levels. It mixes both Yoga poses with the core strengthening exercises of Pilates. A great way to stretch and strengthen your body. 60 minutes

Fitness Yoga

A yoga class that is designed to work the entire body. This class is a great way to strengthen and stretch your muscles, while reducing stress and tension. This class is great for all fitness levels. 55 minutes

20 Min Abs

A class designed to challenge your core. This class uses a variety of different exercises and toys. Great for all fitness levels. 20 minutes

Cycle and Abs/Arms/Legs

This class has a 45-minute ride followed by 15 minutes of muscle conditioning working the muscles designated for that day. This class is recommended for all fitness levels. 60 minutes

Cycle Express

A 45 minute ride that uses many different styles of riding. From endurance rides to intervals to jumps and hill. This class is recommended for all fitness levels. 45 minutes

Stability Ball Class

A muscle conditioning class that use the Stability Ball with every exercise. This class is great for building those core muscles. All fitness levels welcome. 30 minutes

Abs Challenge

This core challenge classes use many toys from a stability ball to a medicine ball. All levels are recommended. 30 minutes

Cardio Challenge

A challenging cardio sculpting class, which blends aerobic activity, such as step, kickboxing, and boot camp into short duration drills to keep your heart rate up and your motivation high. All levels welcome. 60 minutes

Boot Camp

This is a high energy, intense cardio/muscle training class that is guaranteed to boost your energy level and kick your metabolism into gear. All levels welcome. 60 minutes

Sunrise Yoga

Wake up with a hatha yoga class focusing on strength and flexibility coupled with attention to breathing to increase overall well being. Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and re-energized. This class is friendly to all fitness levels. 60 minutes

Vinyasa Yoga

A popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility, yoga practice and daily life. Likened to a dynamic dance, postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. All levels of fitness welcome. 60 minutes

Kickboxing

A cardiovascular class, that focuses on boxing punches and martial art kicks. Kickboxing also focuses on core strengthening and endurance. All levels of fitness welcome. 60 minutes
