
BridalScapes is a new fitness program by Bodyscapes Fitness for the bride-to-be.
As one of the most important days in your life approaches, you want to look and feel your best. BridalScapes is a comprehensive fitness program that takes the guesswork out of getting in shape for your wedding day. The package consists of a fitness program, nutritional guidance, postural analysis, a wedding fitness booklet with tips and advice, and a follow-up evaluation.
BridalScapes has 3 different program options depending on the amount of time before your wedding. The packages consist of 16, 24 or 36 one-hour sessions with a trainer in addition to the nutritional guidance, postural analysis, wedding fitness booklet, and follow up evaluation. The sessions must be used within an 8, 12 or 16 week period depending on the size of the package, but can be used at your own pace. We recommend coming 2-3x/wk depending on your goals and the package size.
