
BridalScapes
is a new fitness program by Bodyscapes for the bride-to-be.
As
one of the most important days in your life approaches,
you want to look and feel your best. BridalScapes is a
comprehensive fitness program that takes the guesswork
out of getting in shape for your wedding day. The
program consists of a fitness evaluation, a follow-up evaluation,
nutritional guidance, postural analysis and a wedding fitness
booklet with tips and advice.
BridalScapes
has 2 different program options depending on the amount
of time before your wedding. The first package consists
of 24 one-hour sessions with a trainer in addition to the
fitness evaluation, follow up evaluation, nutritional guidance,
postural analysis, and a wedding fitness booklet. The second
package consists of 36 one-hour sessions in addition to
everything mentioned with the first package. The
sessions can be used at your own pace, but we recommend coming
2x/wk for 12 weeks or 3x/week for 8 weeks for the first package
and 3x/wk for 12 weeks with the second package.
